He has extensive experience as General Counsel and outside counsel, guiding, negotiating, resolving and closing high-stakes, high-risk strategic, transactional,and Intellectual Property matters. Most recently, he opened the Technology, Communications, Privacy and Security Silicon Valley practice of a national law firm.
