Ulysses has spent his entire legal career in Silicon Valley, advising, working with, and representing leading tech companies, both as general counsel and outside IP litigation and strategy counsel at top law firms (most recently helming the Silicon Valley Technology, Communications, Privacy and Security practice of a national law firm). Relying on a combination of extensive experience in legal problem-solving in litigation/dispute-resolution (win-lose) and transactional (win-win) contexts, coupled with an entrepreneurial background, he founded his own law firm to provide clients the kind of clear and practicable legal advice and options he wanted when he was in-house.
